LG releases 'world's largest' ultra-definition TV

South Korea's LG Electronics on Wednesday began sales of what it claims is the world's largest ultra-definition television, with a view to expanding its share of the premium TV market.

The company released an ultra-definition TV with an 84-inch (213-cm) screen to the local market, with a price tag of 25 million won ($22,067).

LG, the world's number two TV manufacturer, said the new model features not only a large screen but also resolution higher than existing high-definition models, which makes viewers feel "the sense of reality and presence".
 

 

Nikon have been working on Android-based Coolpix S800 camera 

Cameras running Android is not exactly a new concept. Polaroid showcased the SC1630 earlier this year at CES and even Samsung is said to have been working on a similar device. 

The expected features of this camera include a 25-250mm lens, 3.5-inch OLED display, built-in GPS and Wi-Fi. They also say that the camera will run all apps from the Google Play Store, although that seems unlikely.

Glu Mobile have released Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for Android.

The new member of the Call of Duty franchise will be exclusive to Sony Xperia smartphones for its first month of availability. The list of handset includes the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, Xperia S, as well as the Xperia ion.

ZTE Flash has dual-core and 12MP camera

ZTE Flash is supposed to be powered by the Snapdragon S4 platform – a 1.5GHz dual-core Krait, Adreno 225 graphics and 1GB of RAM. The rest of the specs include a 4.5-inch IPS HD screen with Gorilla Glass, a 12.6 megapixel camera with LED flash, a 1MP front snapper for video chats and 8GB internal memory (expandable via a microSD slot).
