Samsung announces new lineup of green 20nm SSD and DDR3 RAM memory 

Samsung has announced its new line-up of DDR3 RAM and SSD built using the 20nm manufacturing process.The SSD comes with support for SATA 6.0Gb/s and will be exclusively used for server units and SAS interfaces for enterprise storage.
