Verizon expands its 4G LTE network to 27 more areas

Verizon is ready to bring its fast 4G LTE services to even more areas in the United States. The expansion commences on May 17 and will include 27 new areas and markets including the Jersey Shore, Sea Bright, Monmouth Beach, Belmar, Point Pleasant, Toms River, Atlantic City and into Cape May County.

Assassin’s Creed III first gameplay trailer released

Assassin’s Creed III and its debut cinematic trailer back in March. Recently it also launched a social campaign for unlocking the gameplay trailer. The campaign is finally over – it took just three days to gather the 1776000 likes. And yes, we now have the trailer: The Assassin’s Creed III takes place in the XVIII century colonial America and introduces a new character – Connor. The game will be released on October 31 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Gameloft shows Men in Black 3 trailer, says Asphalt 7 game is coming soon 

Gameloft has a couple of new mobile game titles incoming. The first is a sequel to the long-running racing series Asphalt – Asphalt 7: Heat, while the other is a tie-in game with the upcoming Man in Black 3 movie

Angry Birds celebrates over 1 billion downloads, teases a new game 

The game celebrates today its 1 billionth cumulative download. Rovio has even prepared a short video to express its gratitude to fans for the support its given for the franchise.Angry Birds players have spent 300 million minutes of game play per day on 266 combined game levels launching 400 billion birds. And in the process 44 billion stars were collected.

HP launches five new ENVY series laptops

HP just announced the ENVY Spectre XT, ENVY Sleekbook 14 and 15.6-inch and the ENVY Ultrabook 14 and 15.6-inch models. Priced at $999, the ENVY Spectre XT comes with a 13.3-inch 1366 x 768 resolution display, third generation Intel Core (Ivy Bridge) processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, USB 3.0, HDMI, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, backlit keyboard, Beats Audio with quad speakers, eight hours battery life, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with two-year subscription to Norton Internet Security, full versions of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10. It will go on sale on June 8.
